    My grandmother used to make paper thin crepes and blintzes when i was a little boy. She filled them with a variety of cheeses and meats or just plain sugar and cinnamon.

    After i got married, my wife and i decided to open a casual European Creperie in Huntington. We always loved the town and when the opportunity came we jumped on it, finally opening  "Village Creperie Cafe " in Huntington Village on December 1st 2004.

   After an amazing 13 years we decided to sell our Creperie and build our food truck, because it allows us to be mobile and gives us the opportunity to provide a greater number of people to enjoy wholesome eating and enjoy this unique European taste in Long Island.

    You can also find us in many food truck events, street fairs, festivals and many sporting events.
